| 鍛造暦33年 1976年高校を卒業後、鍛冶屋(家業)に就職以来職人肌で主に農山林刃物の製作に優れる。鍛造、研磨、刃付け、焼入れ等、父(大輔)より厳しく英才教育を受け、父同様どんな刃物でも出来る。頑固なところも父譲り。10年ほど前より、弟(誠)とのアウトドアナイフ作りにも研究熱心で釣り、キャンプ、登山、ハンティング等愛好家より好評を得ている。土佐打ち刃物 400年の歴史に新しい風を吹き込む刃物作りを常に目指し、ハイテク技術と伝統の和式刃物技術の融合を常に研究開発している。 |

Takateru Hamaguchi The Third "TOYOKUNI" Birth: 12/1/1935 Experience of Smith: 25 years Soon after his graduation of high school, he has began to work as smith-craftman at "TOYOKUNI". He learned and studied about every making process of smith-products, Forging, Grinding, Edgeing, Tempering under the strict instruction by his father, Daikichi Hamaguchi . As same as his father, he can make all models of smith-products, and especially his favorite products are the knives of model which is used for the work of agriculture and forestry. For actual using of his making outdoor's knives, he goes out in offen for fishing, camping,hunting, climbing together with his brother, Sei Hamaguchi. |
